If your Annual Turnover / Sales is below R 10 million, your South African Company is called an Exempt Micro Enterprise (EME). EME’s may NOT submit a BEE Certificate for Tenders and CSD Registration, but only use an Official BEE Affidavit. This is due to changes in the BEE Law.
The Official BEE Affidavit serves as your BEE Certificate and is compulsory for EMEs to use this. EME’s can now get an Official BEE Affidavit from us @ only R 350. Our system will create a professional and Official BEE Affidavit for your Company once a year!
You only need to get the document stamped, dated and signed by a Commissioner of Oaths. It will be valid for 1 year from the Commissioner of Oath’s stamp date – use it for all your tenders and contracts.
