Company Directors Change
Once Off Fee = R450
- Current Timeframe: 3 Days
We Add, Remove or Update your Company’s Directors and also the Membership of your Pty Company or Close Corporation (CC). We will prepare all the documents you need and represent you directly at the CIPC.
Company Address Change
Once Off Fee = R250
- Current Timeframe: 2 Days
We change your Company’s Registered Address at CIPC.
Company Name Change
Once Off Fee = R550
- Current Timeframe: 3 Days
We change the Name of your Company or CC. For whatever reason you need to change your Company name, we will reserve your new Company Name and amend it at the CIPC.
